Tom has proven on several occasions to accomplish what other Realtors have been unable to. Having sold two of my homes, he has not only a wealth of knowledge but has keen insight into the sales process. Utilizing Tom, will not only save time and money but will ultimately give you the desired result, "your home sold". Because in the end, that’s what it is all about . - T.H.
Thomas did a great job as buyer's agent for us before the market turned. In the current market, he would be awesome to have on your side as a buyer or seller. - L.G.
THOMAS AN UTMOST PROFESSIONAL WHO UNDERSTANDS HIS CLIENTS NEEDS AND WANTS. HE WORKS DILIGENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY IN LISTING AND SELLING LUXURY HOMES TO GET THEM CONTRACTED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING OR SELLING. YOU WANT THIS GUY ON YOUR TEAM! - F.F.
My husband and I dreaded thinking about selling our home. When we met Tom, he immediately put us at ease and we knew that our home was going to be in caring hands. He took charge of every aspect of the home selling process. It is as if though we only needed to show up for the closing. We ended up getting more than we thought for our home. While we miss our home, we know we made the right decision to sell as well as who we entrusted our home with. Please accept our thanks for a job well done! - L.R.
Tom,
The ultimate professional. You wear many hats and wear them all equally well. I’ve already given your name out to 2 of my friends who are looking for homes. You obviously enjoy what you do and it shows. Best wishes and I hope to work with you again. - R.L.
Northern New Jersey, generally thought to consist of the counties of Bergen, Essex, Morris, Somerset, Warren, Passaic, Union, Hudson, and Sussex, is an enticing and enchanting place to buy a home. Luxury home buyers will find fine, high end homes in each of these counties. Prices tend to be highest closer to Manhattan, but there is a significant luxury home market halfway across northern New Jersey as well - in Morris, Essex, and Somerset counties where there is still room for new construction as well as brisk economic activity to drive continuing growth and development.
