Real Estate in Passaic County NJ

This page is intended to be the hub for all of my real estate coverage within this county, known as 'Passaic' which is a word inspired by the Lenape American Indian word for 'valley'.  It is fairly good-sized real estate market with just over half a million residents living within the sixteen municipalities here.  I buy and sell homes in several of the towns in this county, but since it is so big and I also cover a few other counties, I must keep my focus constrained to specific portions of this county to ensure that I can provide the best possible service for all home buyers and sellers within the market here.

I also keep my main real estate office with the Coldwell Banker real estate firm right here in Passaic County.  I chose it partly due to its proximity to where I live, but also for its convenient location for both me and for my clients.  If you happen to be in the area I would love to set up a call or a meeting at your convenience!  Of course, mask requirements and other pandemic-related social distancing rules apply for the time being.  :)

More towns will be listed here as I continue to refine my market strategy within this county during the year 2021.  One has to keep in mind that Passaic county has more than a dozen towns and municipalities in it, so I must keep my focus on just a few selected real estate markets within this area.  In fact it is a critical component of providing top-tier service for the luxury home market segment, wherein attention to detail takes even more priority than it would in a mid-market real estate transaction!

This county has a truly impressive real estate market which is constantly changing due to the mixture of urban and suburban communities within it.  This is evidenced by the fact that a lot of real estate agencies and agents are covering this area, and the dense population here in general.  As of March 2021 I have added a new page for articles and latest real-time market data and stats regarding all the Passaic county homes currently on the market, plus homes under contract and homes that were sold recently in this area.  Stay tuned on that...!

Real Estate in Neighboring Counties Near Passaic County

Passaic County is surrounded by only three other New Jersey counties: Bergen, Essex and Morris county.  In general, the real estate market is huge in all of them, and taken together the combined geographic size of these four counties becomes too great for effective representation of home buyers and sellers, so therefore it would be simply too much for me to cover personally.  However, I have an extensive network of professional contacts within the real estate industry so if you wish to buy or sell a home in a nearby county that I do not cover, I can connect you with a well-respected colleague who can assist you there.  Below is a list of the counties next to Passaic county that I do cover:
