This page is intended to be the nexus for all of my real estate coverage within this county. It is quite a large real estate market with nearly 800,000 thousand residents spanning across about 22 municipalities. I cover several of the towns in this area but since it is so big, I have narrowed my focus to a limited portion of this county to ensure that I can provide the best possible service for home buyers and sellers within the market here.
I will be adding more information about this county onto this page over time along with page links to the specific towns that I provide real estate coverage for. If you are interested in following the real estate business in this county please be sure to bookmark this page and come back again soon, and thank you very much for your interest!
Currently I have several high-priority showcase homes within the following towns and municipalities:
More towns will be listed here as I update my market strategy within this county. Since Essex county has so much going on in it, I am keeping my focus on select real estate markets within the area. This is an essential part of providing top-tier service for the luxury home market segment, where attention to detail takes even more priority than it would in a mid-market real estate transaction!
This county has a diverse and broad real estate market base and is in constant flux due to the mix of urban and suburban communities within it. This is supported by the fact that many real estate agencies and agents are covering this area, and the rapidly rising population here in general. You can find more info about the current market conditions on this page along with articles and latest real-time market data and stats regarding homes currently on the market, plus homes under contract and homes that were sold recently.
Essex County is surrounded by six other counties: Bergen, Hudson, Union, Somerset, Morris, and Passaic. The real estate activity is significant in all of them, and their combined geographic size becomes too great, and therefore would be too much for me to cover personally. However, I have an extensive network of professional contacts within this industry so if you wish to buy or sell a home in a county that I do not cover, I can connect you with a well-respected colleague who can assist you there. Below is a list of the counties neighboring Essex county that I do cover:
In the event that I expand my area of real estate services coverage outside of Essex county, I will update the above list accordingly.

Northern New Jersey, generally thought to consist of the counties of Bergen, Essex, Morris, Somerset, Warren, Passaic, Union, Hudson, and Sussex, is an enticing and enchanting place to buy a home. Luxury home buyers will find fine, high end homes in each of these counties. Prices tend to be highest closer to Manhattan, but there is a significant luxury home market halfway across northern New Jersey as well - in Morris, Essex, and Somerset counties where there is still room for new construction as well as brisk economic activity to drive continuing growth and development.
