This page is intended to be the hub for all of my real estate coverage within this county. It is a huge real estate market with over 900,000 thousand residents spanning across nearly 70 municipalities. I cover some of the towns in this area but since it is so huge, I limit my focus to a selected portion of the county to ensure that I can provide the best possible service for home buyers and sellers within this market.
I will be adding more information about this county onto this page over time along with links to the specific towns that I provide real estate coverage for. If you are interested in following the real estate business in this county please be sure to bookmark this page and come back again soon, and thank you for your interest!
Currently I have been selling homes within the following Bergen towns and municipalities:
More towns will be listed here as I adjust my market strategy within this county. Since Bergen county has such a huge number of towns and municipalities in it, I have to keep my focus on hand-picked real estate markets within the area. This is an essential part of being able to provide top-tier personal service for both the mainstream real estate segment as well as the luxury home market segment in this region, especially now in 2020 due to the significant competitive pressures seen in recent years that has made it more difficult to stand out in this region, not to mention the impacts of the recent covid-19 pandemic on the real estate markets in general!
This county has a very rich and dynamic footprint and is a constant hotbed of real estate activity. This is evidenced by the large number of real estate agencies and agents working within this region, and the high population count in the area. You can find more info about the current market conditions on this page along with an article and latest real-time stats on the homes currently on the market plus homes that were recently sold there.
Bergen County is surrounded by three other counties: Hudson, Essex, and Passaic. The northern and eastern boundary of Bergen county is the border between the states of New Jersey and New York. The real estate activity is significant in all of these areas, and their combined geographic size becomes too great, and therefore would be too much for me to cover personally. Besides that, I am only licensed to buy and sell real estate in New Jersey. However, I have an extensive network of professional contacts within the industry, even across state lines, so if you wish to buy or sell a home in a county or state that I do not cover, I can connect you with a well-respected colleague who can assist you there. Below is a list of the counties neighboring Bergen county that I do cover:
In the event that I change my area of real estate services coverage outside of Bergen county, I will be sure to update the above list accordingly.
Northern New Jersey, generally thought to consist of the counties of Bergen, Essex, Morris, Somerset, Warren, Passaic, Union, Hudson, and Sussex, is an enticing and enchanting place to buy a home. Luxury home buyers will find fine, high end homes in each of these counties. Prices tend to be highest closer to Manhattan, but there is a significant luxury home market halfway across northern New Jersey as well - in Morris, Essex, and Somerset counties where there is still room for new construction as well as brisk economic activity to drive continuing growth and development.
